In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Symmetry Club LLC informs users of the Symmetry Club application about the processing of personal data voluntarily provided during registration, access, and use of the service.

1. Data controller

Symmetry Club LLC, EIN 38-4341052, with address for notices at 8 The Green STE A, Dover, 19901, Delaware, USA, is responsible for processing the data provided by users of the application.

2. Purpose of processing

To register, access, and use the application, users may voluntarily provide personal data, mainly identification and contact details, which will be processed by Symmetry Club LLC.

This processing is carried out to ensure proper operation of the application, maintain the service or commercial relationship with the user, manage administration and support, provide information, and improve the service.

Personal data, especially email addresses, may also be used to send newsletters, promotions, or advertising for the application when the user has given prior express consent.

Health and fitness data

Symmetry Club collects and processes health and fitness-related data that users provide voluntarily or that is generated through use of the application.

• Exercise and workout history.
• Training routines and performance metrics.
• Body measurements and fitness goals.
• AI-generated training recommendations based on physical data.

This data is used exclusively to provide and improve the personalized fitness experience inside the application, including AI-generated routines, progress tracking, and recommendations adapted to the user's goals.

Health data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. It is only shared with service providers strictly necessary for the application to operate and under appropriate data-processing arrangements.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on the request for information or contracting of application services, and on the user's free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent where consent is required.

If the user does not provide required data, or provides it incorrectly or incompletely, use of the application may not be possible.

4. Retention

Personal data is retained in the controller's systems while the user continues using the application and does not request deletion. Data may be retained for a minimum of five years where necessary to address potential liabilities.

Data will not be disclosed to unrelated third parties except where legally required or where the user has requested or consented to such disclosure. Symmetry Club LLC may grant access to service providers that process data only on behalf of Symmetry Club LLC.

7. Commercial communications
