As a Content Creator, you'll produce daily TikTok carousels focused on driving downloads for our app.

You'll work directly with the Head of Content and other creators to:

Find winning formats.

Scale what works.

Kill what doesn't convert.

Improve the metrics that matter, week after week.

This role rewards hard work, speed, and the ability to iterate.

Responsibilities

Create and deliver high volumes of TikTok carousels with a high standard of clarity and pacing. At Symmetry we do x100 what the competition does.
Stay constantly on top of the market and trends, coming up with new formats, hooks, and content angles continuously to stay relevant and competitive.
Iterate aggressively: double down on what works and drop what doesn't. Speed is non-negotiable.
Create, warm up, and maintain dozens of active TikTok accounts, ensuring they run smoothly and remain stable.
Flag doubts or blockers immediately with the Head of Content to keep production moving.
Analyze views and downloads to make smart decisions about how to iterate content, identify what formats work, and continuously optimize performance.
Adapt quickly and constantly to our internal content creation and organization systems, operating at high speed without losing quality or structure.
Attend 3 weekly feedback sessions with the Head of Content.
Attend monthly company-wide meetings where results, learnings, and team-wide goals are reviewed.
Be highly available 7 days a week with immediate response to the team. Communication speed is a core part of performance in this role.
Analyze comments and feedback to generate actionable insights and actively communicate them to the product team, contributing to the continuous improvement of the app.

Required

Based in the United States or the United Kingdom.
High intelligence to receive feedback from the Head of Content and the market and apply it immediately to improve content.
An obsessive mindset about breaking limits and doing what others consider impossible, executing at a level not found in any other environment.
Minimum part-time availability (4h/day, 7 days/week) with high commitment and fast response times.
Clear, direct, and extremely fast communication. Communication speed is key to maintaining the pace and quality of the work.
Absolute obsession with results and social media content. You live and breathe TikTok carousels and virality, with a constant focus on what works and why.

Desirable

Proven track record of creating viral carousels or other content on TikTok, with demonstrated ability to generate views, engagement, and real traction.
Passion for fitness, physical improvement, or training.
Access to multiple high-performance devices (phones and computer), ready for intensive carousel production.
Previous experience in startups or high-growth, high-demand environments, with fast pace and a constant focus on results.

Results

Generate at least 1M monthly views, actively working to scale the content system to +10M monthly.
Meet and exceed the ambitious goals set by the Head of Content, executing at a level that enables x10 more and better content than any other environment.
Show continuous progress and improvement month over month in performance and results. On this team, growth is not optional.
