What you will do
- Write and publish job posts that attract the right people.
- Actively source candidates on LinkedIn, social media, communities and job boards.
- Screen applications and decide who moves on to interview.
- Run first-round interviews over video call.
- Coordinate tests and interviews with the leads of each team.
- Keep every process up to date and get back to every candidate.
- Present the offer and guide the person through to their first day.
- Track which channels work and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
Must have
- Social skills: you can talk to anyone and build trust quickly.
- Judgment about people: you can tell someone who sells themselves well from someone who will do the job well.
- Marketing knowledge: you can write a job post that attracts people and use social media to find talent.
- Organised enough to run several processes at once without losing anyone.
- Good writing and a professional level of Spanish.
- Willingness to learn and to improve with every piece of feedback.
Nice to have
- Experience in recruiting, HR, sales or customer service.
- Having used LinkedIn Recruiter or an ATS.
- Professional level of English.

Format and compensation
- Part time, around 4 to 5 hours a day, with flexible hours.
- Fully remote, from any country.
