Role

As a Product Engineer, your role is to turn ideas and prototypes into a real, compelling product.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining the features that define the Symmetry experience.

You are the person who turns concepts into code and makes sure the technology scales without friction: fast, robust, and intuitive.

Your approach combines impeccable engineering with strong design judgment. You do not just think about how it works, but how it feels.

You will also orchestrate key experiments and make small, data-led iterations that move activation and retention.

Your work will be guided by three principles:

Responsibilities

Frontend development. Implement new features from the initial idea through to their production release.
Clean architecture. Design and maintain a modular, scalable architecture that is easy to extend.
Mobile development (Flutter). Build screens, animations, and flows that keep the experience smooth and consistent across iOS and Android.
AI integration. Implement AI algorithms and data-driven recommendation systems to personalize the user experience.
Automation and CI/CD. Build continuous integration pipelines, automated testing, and fast, safe deployment processes.
Metrics first. Build features with a real impact on activation, retention, and conversion, and define their core events and properties.
A/B testing. Launch different experiments for different user cohorts to understand user behavior and improve activation and retention through rapid iteration.
Continuous refactoring. Identify technical debt, propose solutions, and keep the codebase in impeccable shape.
Technical documentation. Keep system and API documentation up to date so knowledge is shared and accessible.
Full ownership. Own your code in production.

Experience with Flutter or native mobile development. Knowledge of iOS and Android app development.
Knowledge of clean architecture. Repositories, state management, and testing.
Experience with CI/CD. Docker, GitHub Actions, n8n/Make, or automation pipelines.
Startup experience. High-velocity environments, weekly shipping, and extreme ownership.
Growth experience. Product teams working closely with analytics and experimentation.
Familiarity with AI applied to fitness or with recommendation systems.
