How we work
Symmetry is a training app with over three million downloads. We are a small, fully remote team: few meetings, long blocks of focused work and decisions made with data. We look for people who work fast, on their own and with a high bar.

Symmetry plans every workout and raises the weight for you. Download it and show it to the person you are about to refer.
How it works
- Fill in the form: their name, their email, the role and why you think they fit. It takes a minute.
- Recruiting reviews the referral ahead of other applications and, if they fit, writes to them.
- They go through the same process as any candidate. If we hire them, we let you know and pay you.
Terms
- You only get paid if we hire the person and they join the team.
- The amount goes from 25 USD up to 500+ USD depending on the role; we confirm it once they enter the process.
- The first referral we receive counts, and it does not count if the person was already in a process with us.
- The payment is subject to the applicable taxes.
- Tell the person before referring them: we only use their data for this process.
